📦 Return Policy
- Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Perishable items (like groceries, dairy, fruits, etc.) are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required for all returns.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods (unless damaged at delivery)
- Items purchased on special offers or clearance sale
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share product images/videos as proof
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
💰 Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet
